What is the lead time for artworks?

All of our artworks are in stock unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once an order is placed we ship it within 2 working days.

Can I buy the artworks unframed?

All of our artworks are framed, as shown and are not available for purchase unframed.

Do orders need to be signed for?

Yes, all orders will require a signature on arrival. Orders are sent via DPD for domestic (UK) and DHL for international orders.

The design/colourway I like is out of stock. when will it be available?

If an item is out of stock please email customercare@fromental.co.uk and we will be happy to inform you as to when a product will be back in stock.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please email customercare@fromental.co.uk if you have any issues with processing the payment.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. For information about our returns criteria, please see our Returns Policy.

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email to notify you together with your tracking number. It will be possible to track your order by visiting the third party website and following the tracking link.

Can I cancel/amend my order once it’s been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via customercare@fromental.co.uk. It may be possible to amend your order if it has not been shipped. If changes are not possible, please refer to our refund policy.

What is the cost of shipping outside the UK?

Middle East (UAE)

North America (USA)
Shipping cost: £80.00

Duties and taxes will be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, and you will be responsible for paying these charges. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm their amount in advance of your order placement.

Please note that if you order products for delivery to any islands surrounding the UK, such as the Channels Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland, they may also be subject to import duties and taxes.

How do I report damages?

Damages are rare. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly on arrival and report any damages to us within five days by emailing customercare@fromental.co.uk. A member of our team will contact you and advise a solution.
